Facilities and Capacity:

The General’s Residence is a romantic, private location, and can host a wedding of 130 guests in one room or 250 between two rooms. With floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, guests can enjoy scenic views of San Francisco Bay, Aquatic Park, and Alcatraz. Gallery 308 offers industrial-chic for up to 250 guests and waterfront views of the Golden Gate Bridge. The Firehouse is an intimate, charming event space suitable for 80 guests, overlooking Angel Island and Alcatraz. With nearly two dozen non-profit and arts organizations as permanent residents of Fort Mason Center, you won’t have to go far to enjoy innovative art.”

Plus, it can host over 2,000 guests, making it a grand affair indeed!

Depending on the guest count and other event needs, security costs for Evening Weddings can range from $5,000 – $7,000, and for Evening Events from $5,000 – $30,000.

The One-hour Wedding package rental rate includes security costs. The Two-hour Wedding package rental rate includes security costs for up to 200 guests (additional guests are $4/guest).

Corinthian Grand Ballroom – San Jose, CA

 Fancy dancing under a 50-foot ceiling adorned with gold leaf grill-work? Look no further than the Corinthian Grand Ballroom. Elegant, spacious, and with a built-in dance floor, it’s a dreamy setting for your celebration. Bonus: a beautiful park for those post-wedding group photos!

Juaquin Miller Park – Oakland, CA

“Enter Joaquin Miller Park and you will quickly forget that you are minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hikers, equestrians, bicyclists, joggers and picnickers from all over the Bay Area regularly frequent the 500-acre park. The rustic woodland trails lead you through redwood groves and oak woodlands and across lush creeksides and wet meadows. Dogs are allowed – on leash – throughout the park and a fenced off-leash dog areas for both large and small dogs is available on park property. Park facilities are available for weddings, picnics, large group gatherings and special events. Come explore the wonders of Oakland’s urban wildlands! Visit the park ranger station for park history, wildlife exhibits, upcoming events, a landline telephone and more!”

Escape the city hustle and bustle in Joaquin Miller Park’s 500 acres of redwood groves and woodland trails. While it’s ideal for intimate ceremonies, be warned—it’s just a park, so no receptions here. But hey, who needs a building when you’ve got nature’s beauty as your backdrop?

Old Mill Park – Mill Valley, CA

Old Mill Park is located at Throckmorton and Cascade in Mill Valley. Set in a redwood grove, Old Mill Park is a gem. With historic charm, play equipment, and an amphitheater, it’s a picturesque outdoor setting. Plus, the nearby Mill Valley Community Center is perfect for your reception needs!

CEREMONY CAPACITY: The Cascade Room seats 285 guests, and the lawn area seats 200. The Old Mill Park Amphitheater ceremony location seats 250 guests.

EVENT/RECEPTION CAPACITY: The mill valley community center can accommodate up to 285 seated or 400 standing guests indoors.

Rental Fee : Weddings of up to 75 guests are $125 – $150 / hr

Piedmont Community Hall – Piedmont, CA

Surrounded by azaleas, camellias, and redwoods, this venue is straight out of a fairytale. From a Japanese Tea House for small ceremonies to an amphitheater tucked away in a redwood grove, it’s a green oasis for your big day. 

Capacity is 120 seated guests indoors and 200 seated outdoors.

Located just 35 minutes from San Francisco, Viansa Sonoma offers stunning views, vines, and wines. With multiple event spaces, this winery is a dream venue for a wine country wedding. The panoramic view alone is enough to make your heart skip a beat.
